My Audacious Plan for 2012 – ROUGH DRAFT

So I’ve been doing this small biz marketing thing for nearly three years now.  Me and my rotating cast of geeks, artists and heavy lifters have helped 67 small business owners with everything from taping posters to lightpoles to muscling through a nationwide digital PR campaign.

And then something horrifying happened.

I started to believe the bullshit.  And my business suffered.  And my clients suffered.

Thankfully, I’m fucking stubborn and gritted my way through a long period of cash-flow that was in dire need of an aggressive enema.

So what?

Well, I’m

With all of the cool shit I’ve learned from

  • minimalism in the digital age
  • resilience, endurance, outmatched, outgunned … the start of every great story (say anything)
  • high unemployment rate, still shitty employees
  • my stats / % failed / % success / % awesome / % shitty

Some tenets to act as bumpers:

MINIMALISM BY DISTILLATION

FOCUS BY REMOVING EVERYTHING ELSE ON YOUR PLATE

ENDURE (IN THE RIGHT RACE)

AGGRESSIVE AUTHENTICITY

ONE PROBLEM AT A TIME
