Putting on Our Big Boy Pants

Last night I “incorporated” Small Biz Triage with the Washington Office of the Secretary of State.

Now we (meaning me and community management extraordinaire Seth Rasmussen) will be one of these effective January 1st, 2013:

SMALL BIZ TRIAGE, LLC
NON-PROFIT TRIAGE, LLC
SETH IN THE FLESH, LLC

Now you combine that with the fact that we are running weekly P&L’s, sales scorecards, use an Editorial Calendar, and actually discuss decisions <oh the horror> before we make them … well it feels like we’ve finally upgraded to our big boy pants after starting up nearly four years ago.

Of course, I’m convinced they don’t fit me at all, and certainly make my ass look gigantic.  

But I’ve been wrong before.
